Randi Mallori Adkins-Warren, Esq. is a dynamic attorney at a Fortune 100 company, philanthropist, ballerina, public speaker, and pageant consultant.

Randi’s thriving legal career keeps her busy; however, her first love is dance, performance art, and pageantry. She began dancing at three-years-old in her hometown of Macon, GA., where she was the first and only African American to dance the leading role of Clara in the Middle Georgia Ballet’s Nutcracker. She also studied dance at the University of South Carolina, North Carolina School of Arts, Steps on Broadway, and Spelman’s Dance Theater. Additionally, she was crowned Macon’s Cherry Blossom Queen, and Miss Black and Gold at Morehouse College for the A-Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

She is an Adjunct Dance Instructor at Columbus State University’s Youth Dance Conservatory, where she teaches ballet.  It was during Covid-19 that she began receiving calls from parents looking for black ballerinas to teach their children ballet private dance lessons. After numerous calls, Randi created the Graceful Pivot, LLC where she offers classical ballet to children ages 3-18, and adults in search for their inner ballerina.

Her success in pageantry also lead her to include pageant consulting under The Graceful Pivot umbrella. Randi provides meticulous and thoughtful coaching for her clients, teaching them to practical techniques that will help them exude confidence in interviewing, master etiquette, and perfect their talent, all while having fun.

Randi has received numerous awards and recognition that include being selected as The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Her vibrant personality garnered her the opportunity to become a regular host on the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) “Legally Speaking” show that airs on public access television and the GABWA Columbus Columbus Chapter Vice President.  She is also a proud member of several organizations that include the Marietta Roswell Alumnae (MRAC) Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., GABWA, Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), American Bar Association, and a host of other organizations that allow her to serve as a mentor to young women.

Notably, Randi obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Mercer’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, GA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA

After her mother, Linda A. Warren, who was her best friend and role model, passed unexpectedly,  Randi began living her new normal. Through her faith in God and supportive family and friends, she and her brother pivoted gracefully to their purposes. Randi moved from Atlanta to small town Columbus to began her successful career as an in-house attorney. Later, she returned to what she loved most, which was ballet, pageantry, and empowering young ladies.

Randi  offers private ballet lessons to students ages 3-18 years old. For the busy mom, Mommy and Me is offered to the Mom and baby ballerina. Do not be dismayed, Adult Ballet Basics is offered to those who want to channel their inner ballerina.
